SHIPPING POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: All hot sauce is freshly handmade with real ingredients so processing times may vary. All pre-orders usually ship within 7 – 10 business days. Regular Orders usually ship within 7 business days.

All domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Packages are usually received within 2 -3 business days from when shipped.

International orders are shipped first class international mail and may require additional shipping costs. We will contact you prior to shipping your order for final confirmation. Please note that we may not be able to ship to every country. If it is determined that we are unable to ship your product or if the shipping charges go beyond what you are willing to pay you must let us know upon your final order being confirmed in order to receive a full refund. Once the final order is confirmed, there are NO REFUNDS.

If the product is damaged when received, please contact us immediately and provide us photographs of the product and the packaging prior to opening the product. We cannot guarantee that a refund or replacement will be issued but we will do our best to rectify the problem.

Pre-orders take 7-12 days to be processed before they’re shipped ,

Regular orders take 1-7 days to process before they're shipped,

International orders may take 1 - 2 weeks to process before shipped as rates and restrictions need to be verified before confirming the order. 

Polly’s World Enterprises LLC  is not responsible for packages lost in the mail or packages after they say delivered. Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For safety concerns we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
